With over a decade of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Kristen Spradling launched Kreative Staffing Partners with one clear goal: to do things differently. Tired of the impersonal, high-volume approach to staffing, Kristen built a company rooted in relationships, integrity, and results that last.
Her background spans healthcare, corporate, and creative industries—giving her a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of what organizations need to grow.
